Who we are

Cornerstone Administrative Solutions is a small business owned by Kristina Siewert, based in Medicine Hat, Alberta, serving clients everywhere. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what happens to it. If anything here is unclear, just ask: hello@cornerstoneadmin.ca.

What we collect

This website is simple, and so is the information it collects:

• Contact form. When you send a note through the site, we receive your name, email address, business name (if you share it), what you're interested in, and your message.
• Booking. If you book a call through one of the booking links, your name, email address and any details you enter are collected by Google Calendar so the appointment can be scheduled and confirmed.
• Email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send.

This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics that follow you around the internet. We do not sell your information, ever.

How we use your information

• To reply to your message or booking request, usually within one business day.
• To provide the services you've asked for, such as AI support, social media or CRM help.
• To keep basic records of our work together, as any business does.

We will never add you to a mailing list without your permission, and every message we send will make it easy to say no to future ones.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to run things smoothly:

• Google, for booked calls (Google Calendar) and for our email at hello@cornerstoneadmin.ca, hosted on Google Workspace.
• An email delivery service, so messages sent through this website reliably arrive in our inbox instead of getting lost.

These providers process information only to deliver their service. We may also share information if the law requires it. That's the whole list.

How long we keep it

Messages and booking details are kept for as long as they're useful for our work together, and no longer. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we're required to keep a record for business or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to show you what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to hear from us. Email hello@cornerstoneadmin.ca and we'll take care of it promptly. As an Alberta-based business, we follow Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and handle personal information in a way we'd be comfortable having published, because it just was.

Keeping it safe

Your information travels over secure connections and lives with reputable providers. No system is perfect, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated: carefully, and shared only when necessary.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date.
