How does the audit credit work?
If you move ahead with an AI package after your audit, $200 of the audit fee is credited toward it.
Do I pay for the tools separately?
Yes. The tools your systems run on stay in your name and on your account, so you always own them. I'll recommend what you need and walk you through the costs before anything is set up.
Is there a minimum commitment?
AI and social media packages start with a 3-month commitment, which gives your systems and your content time to settle in and show results. After that, it's month to month with 30 days' notice. CRM and admin support have no minimum.
How do payments work?
Invoices are sent through QuickBooks around the 20th of each month and are due before your next month of service begins. You can pay by Interac e-Transfer or secure bank payment. If you start mid-month, your first month is prorated.
