Do I need to understand AI to work with you?
Not at all. I explain everything in plain language, and every system comes with simple written steps. You don't have to learn the tools. You just get the results.
Do I have to change the software I use?
Usually not. I start with the tools you already have, like Google Workspace, QuickBooks or your CRM, and only suggest something new when it would truly make things easier.
Do I need a Claude account?
Yes. Your automations run on Claude, so you'll need a Claude Team plan in your business's name, even if you already use Claude on your own. It includes a seat for you and a seat for me, so I can build and care for your systems while you stay the owner. I'll walk you through the cost before anything is set up.
What about my confidential information?
It's protected like it's my own. Your tools stay in your name, I only access what a system needs, and your information is never shared.
What happens after the build?
I stay on as your human in the loop. Monitoring, fixes and planning what comes next are all part of your monthly package.
Do you also offer hands-on support?
